An Ancient Evil is stirring... Can you stop it before it is too late?

Pocket PC Studios has joined with Silver Lightning Software to bring you Ancient Evil, an action adventure set in the mysterious Crypt of the Ancients. Use deadly weapons and devastating magic as you traverse an immense 25 level subterranean world to stop the rising evil before it is too late.

For centuries, would-be heroes have pitted their skills against the Crypt of the Ancients. Now controlled by the seemingly ageless arch-mage, Alaric, the crypt is believed to have been constructed over 5000 years ago as a resting place for the Ancients, the creators of the world.

Guarded by powerful spirits, the Crypt is now a way to earn gold, as Alaric offers a kingly prize of 50,000 gold pieces to anyone who enters the crypt and lives to tell the tale. In history, only two have emerged alive from the mysterious confines... Jetraal the Heroic, and Alaric himself.

Jetraal perished mysteriously over 300 years ago, and now his spirit has returned, warning of impending doom unless Alaric is stopped... but stopped from doing what?

Presented in a 3D isometric view, Ancient Evil uses high quality graphics and real-time lighting and directional shadows to create the most detailed and visually appealing adventure RPG ever seen on a Pocket PC device.
